Meet our Featured Speaker

Ann Deluca is a Women’s Confidence Coach and Author, passionately helping women reconnect to their confidence. Her clients are typically capable, educated, high performers who want to make the most of every interaction they have.

When Ann looks back on her life and career – 20+ years in the pharma industry and 8+ years as an entrepreneur, she can trace her successes back to one common thread. When she was clear about what she wanted, she felt more confident about getting it. She prepared to get it by knowing how she was going to show up and trusted that this would influence her outcome – and it did. She now takes pride in helping others do the same.

Ann is a valued member of our Membership & Directory, learn more about her here: https://www.mawbdirectory.com/mississauga/mawb/stepping-stone-coaching-and-consulting
