Set-Up your Facebook Business Page

Our “done-for-you” service includes the following activities:

• Add a Profile Picture and Description* (i.e., About You)
• Upload a Cover Photo and Add a Description* (i.e., Company Overview)
• Add and Edit Page Roles, if necessary
• Change the Facebook Business Page Template, if required
• Edit the Page Name, if necessary
• Create a Facebook Business Page Username (aka @Handle)
• Input Your Company Info & Other Details in the About Section*
• Add and Rearrange your Tabs, if needed (Services, Events, Reviews)
• Add Services (up to 3) to your Services Tab*
• Ensure the Events and Reviews tab is visible
• Link your Facebook Group to your Page, if you have one
• Add Your Company Information to the Page Story*
• Add Your Team Members, if any
• Add or Modify your Call-to-Action Button
• Setup your Greeting Message for Page Messenger
• Create Your Welcome Post and Pin It to Your Page*

Set-Up Your Instagram Business Account

Our “done-for-you” service includes the following activities:

• Create a new Instagram Business account, if needed
• Add your Profile Picture
• Complete or Edit your Profile details* including:
  • Account Name and Username
  • Website, Email, Phone #
• Update your Bio (150 characters)* include keywords & hashtags, along with emojis
• Link your Instagram Business Account to your Facebook Page
• Create 3-5 Story Highlight Icons (the graphics will be created using Canva)
• Upload the newly created Story Highlight Icons to Your Account
• Upload 1 Intro Video* (longer than 1 min) to your IGTV Channel
• Follow 8-10 Hashtags related to your business, industry, geographic area, or demographics about an ideal client.
• Set up a Linktree Account with 3-5 buttons

Bonus #1 for MAWB Members

A Page’s Facebook cover photo needs to be branded and represent your business. It also must be high-quality and perfectly optimized for display; this means knowing the perfect Facebook cover photo size. As a bonus to our MAWB Members, we will create a Facebook Page image cover based on your branding (colours, text, logo, etc).

Bonus #2 for MAWB Members

As a bonus to our MAWB Members, we will create an Instagram social media (1) graphic template based on your branding (colours, text, logo, etc).

Our Process

Payment must be made before any work can begin. Once we have received your order, a member of our Team will be in touch to book a 30-minute discovery call. After our discovery call, you will be sent an in-take form to complete. Once we’ve received the completed form we will schedule the work to be completed. If we receive all of the necessary information in the in-take form we can (usually) have the work completed in 2 business days. You will have a few days to review the work and request any revisions. We are happy to create a timeline that fits your schedule.  We can’t wait to get started setting up and optimizing your Facebook business page.
