MAWB – Mindful Listening with Sarah Sturino
Join us on Thursday, July 16th from 10:00 am – 11:00 for an introduction to the practice of mindfulness: the idea of being totally focused on the present moment so as not to ponder emotions from the past or have anxiety about the future. This session will be interactive and there will be a guided mindfulness practice.
Sarah’s business is multi-faceted in that she combined her training in Pilates, Reiki and now Mindfulness into classes, workshops and retreats/events for women.
