Meet Sarah Mulaner, RMT

Sarah is an experienced and gifted healer who educates others about their bodies and minds.  She has worked as a personal trainer since 1995 and excels at teaching women how to move to look and feel their best. She loves teaching weight training classes, yoga and doing one on one personal training to educate and motivate. Her techniques include physical treatment and energy work aimed at healing pain, anxiety and mental blocks that limit our progress.  Sarah’s passion is to teach people how to bring energy, vitality, and peace into their lives.

Why Exercise is Critical for Health

“Daily activity is key to help women manage stress, de-compress, maintain range of motion through joints and muscles and to improve their quality of life. The stronger and more flexibly your body is the greater the chance that you can participate fully in recreational activities with your friends and family. If you engage in some form of cardio activity most days you’ll have more energy to play with your kids and socialize with your friends. My personal favourite reason to exercise is that resistance training (weight training) has been shown to increase a woman’s self-confidence, self-esteem and self-love. What better reason to exercise for entrepreneurs!”
